Our Vision

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for you to experience The Four Paths of Yoga through all our different offerings.

Raja Yoga - the "Eight Limb Path" that includes asana, pranayama, and meditation

Karma Yoga - the path of action and selfless service

Jnana Yoga - the path of knowledge and wisdom

Bhakti Yoga - the path of devotion and love for the whole of creation

Yoga is for our body, mind, heart, and soul. Yoga literally means “union” – union of mind, body, and breath.  However, most importantly, yoga is the union of the self with the divine. Yoga is not a religion.  Yoga is an ancient science which leads to health in the body, peace in the mind, joy in the heart, and liberation of the soul.
