France Ashram Yoga and Meditation Retreat
September 9-17, 2023
(Depart your hometown 9/9 and arrive in Paris 9/10)

Come experience a yogic life style
Blending the practice of postures, pranayama,
meditation, mantra chanting and service at the Ashram of Yoga Sivananda in France with Peace through Yoga Foundation.

A week of “simple living, high thinking” in a traditional ashram in the French countryside will allow the body to regenerate and the mind to become steady
and calm down.

The Ashram
The Ashram is a very spiritual environment away from the noise and disturbances of daily life. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this will be a transformational experience should you choose to say “yes”. The theme for the week is “Soothing the Body and Mind”. The week will give you tools which can lead you to find peace and freedom of letting go of unnecessary body and mental tensions. The Ashram is situated near the village of Neuville-aux-Bois in the famous Loire Valley, just a little over an hour from Paris, and is easily accessible from Paris by car or by train (Les Aubrais Orleans).
Since 2003, the natural setting of the Ashram has been very conducive to contemplation and rejuvenation: vast open spaces, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and century old forests populated with countless species of birds. The goal of all our retreats is always to contribute to your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. If this resonates with you, this experience is for
you. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel with a spa and pool, well, this might not be for you. What do you need in your life right now?
