Ayurveda Workshop

Somatic Movement, Yoga & Ayurvedic Wisdom for Nervous System Stability

When life feels unpredictable, the nervous system often shifts into urgency, and we lose connection to our natural rhythm. Rooted in Ayurveda and yoga, this workshop offers practical, embodied tools to restore steadiness in body and mind.

Through slow, rhythmic movement, accessible breathwork, and guided meditation, participants will explore how repetition, containment, and internal listening support nervous system balance. Drawing on Ayurvedic principles of daily rhythm and regulation, this experience emphasizes integration over performance.

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, originating over 5,000 years ago and remaining more relevant today than ever. Unlike Western medicine, Ayurveda is a holistic science that views wellness as a balance between mind, body, spirit, and social well-being.

Participants will leave with simple, sustainable practices to cultivate calm, resilience, and a renewed sense of internal timing. Suitable for all levels.

Harmonic Sound Immersion
